►We stand behind our products 100%. We will never ship out a product that we would not be happy with our own child wearing. Customer service is a top priority and we would love for your children to be happy and proud to wear our custom designed tees.
Each one of our t-shirts and tote bags are made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges in items ordered incorrectly. We provide detailed size charts for each of our products. We urge you to find the best fit through measuring a current well fitting t-shirt and comparing it to our chart. If in doubt, always order a size up.
►If sizing received is an issue on non-personalized items, we are happy to work with you on an exchange for a different size. Please contact us at email@example.com
►IS YOUR ORDER NOT CORRECT?: If there was an error on our part, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery of your package. We would love the opportunity to resolve any issues that were made by us.
► We do ask that once you place your order to keep an eye on messages that may come your way. We may need to send a question about your customization requests for confirmation or in case a detail was missed in the order.
